Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device — your computer, smartphone, or tablet — when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to website owners about how their site is being used.

Cookies contain a small amount of data, typically an anonymised unique identifier. They are sent between your browser and the website's server each time you interact with the site. They cannot execute programmes or deliver viruses to your device.

In addition to traditional cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as:

  • Web beacons (pixel tags) — tiny transparent images embedded in pages or emails that help us understand user engagement patterns.
  • Local storage — similar to cookies but stored locally on your device with a larger capacity, used for performance-critical preferences.
  • Session storage — temporary data storage that clears when you close your browser tab, used for maintaining session state.

"Our use of cookies is carefully reviewed. We aim to use only what is genuinely necessary to provide you with the best possible experience, and we give you meaningful control over non-essential cookies."

02

We use cookies for the following legitimate purposes, which collectively allow us to deliver a secure, personalised, and continuously improving website experience:

Site Functionality

Essential cookies ensure basic features like page navigation, the cookie consent banner, and secure form submissions work correctly and reliably.

Preference Retention

Preference cookies remember choices you've made — such as your cookie consent preferences — so you don't need to reset them on every visit.

Performance Analysis

Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are most visited, how long users spend on each section, and where visitors exit — enabling us to improve content and navigation.

Security & Fraud Prevention

Certain cookies help us detect unusual activity patterns, protect against automated abuse, and maintain the integrity of our website and users' sessions.

03

We categorise our cookies into four types based on their purpose. Essential cookies are always active as they are required for the website to function. All other categories require your consent.

04

The table below lists the specific cookies currently used on our website, along with their purpose, category, and expiry period. We review and update this register whenever cookies are added, modified, or removed.

Cookie names and configurations may change as we update our website. Third-party providers such as Google may also modify the cookies they set without prior notice. We endeavour to keep this register as current as possible.

05

Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services we use to enhance functionality and analyse performance. These third parties set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. We have configured IP anonymisation and respect user opt-out signals. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

Google Maps

Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Maps iframe to show our Auckland office location. Google Maps may set cookies when you interact with the map. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Font Awesome CDN

We use Font Awesome icons via CDN. We load it with a no-referrer policy to minimise data exposure. Font Awesome's CDN may log standard HTTP request information per their service terms.

Google Fonts

We load typography via a CSS import from Google Fonts. Google may log the request and your IP address per their privacy policy. Fonts are loaded via our stylesheet to minimise additional tracking requests.

We are not responsible for the cookies set by these third-party providers. Please review their respective privacy and cookie policies for full details.

06

When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner will appear at the bottom of your screen. This banner allows you to accept all cookies, customise your category preferences, or decline non-essential cookies entirely.

Your consent preferences are stored in the privacy_accepted cookie for 12 months. If you clear your browser cookies, you will be asked for consent again on your next visit.

You may update or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the privacy_accepted cookie from your browser and reloading the page, or by contacting us directly.

"We do not use cookie walls — you are never required to accept non-essential cookies to access our website content. Refusing optional cookies will not diminish your ability to use our core services."

07

In addition to our on-site consent management, you can control and delete cookies through your web browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, and be notified when a cookie is set. Note that restricting cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website.
